With a background spanning enterprise technology consulting, customer experience platforms, data analytics and reporting, field service operations, and business process optimization, Spencer works closely with organizations to improve efficiency, simplify operations, and better align technology with business goals.

Over the course of his career, Spencer has supported organizations through complex technology implementations, operational transformation initiatives, process improvement efforts, and day to day business challenges. His experience includes SAP Customer Experience solutions such as SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP Service Cloud Version 2, SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Field Service Management, ERP integrations, reporting and analytics, and operational workflow optimization.

In addition to technical consulting experience, Spencer brings direct operational experience from the business side of service organizations, providing practical insight into the real world challenges teams face in customer service, field operations, reporting, scheduling, and day to day execution. This combination of technical knowledge and operational understanding allows for solutions that are not only technically sound, but practical and sustainable for the people using them every day.
